I always thought with a front squat your legs and stance is narrow not wide

if I am wrong great front squats for your size. I never tried more than 225lb for 10 reps.

Can do it either way. In fact, it'd be beneficial to do 2 sets of wide and 2 sets narrow, but that's just me.
