My split would be:
Day 1: Back + Chest
Day 2: Arms (shoulders, biceps/triceps)
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: OFF
REPEAT
Working the antagonists pumps more blood so you get better results.
So Chest + Back in superset, biceps and triceps in superset, quads and harmstrings in superset.
For a 3 day split, that's really not bad at all either. Never been fond of supersets, but I know they can be effective.
