My split would be:

Day 1: Back + Chest
Day 2: Arms (shoulders, biceps/triceps)
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: OFF

REPEAT

Working the antagonists pumps more blood so you get better results.
So Chest + Back in superset, biceps and triceps in superset, quads and harmstrings in superset.

For a 3 day split, that's really not bad at all either. Never been fond of supersets, but I know they can be effective.

He's also a bodybuilder so they workout much differently than other people.

my question is, and i may get flamed for this. but my job only really allows 2 days to workout, wednesdays and sundays, sometimes we may be able to get friday off but that depends if we meet our quota, but for those days that we cant get friday off, what do you suggest doing?
