if you take 2-3 jet fuel every morning with a LOT of water...wait about 20-30 minutes...and ur appetite will be gigantic and you'll want to eat everything in sight. Some people just need help encouraging their metabolism to get going in the morning. Also, make sure you eat cottage cheese before bed to sustain metabolism throughout the night - this also helps. Also try different foods in the morning, like oatmeal and eggs or steak and potatoes or a protein shake and some brown rice, etc.

I have a modeling gig which requires me to lose muscle and gain the most amount of fat possible

Ok I have a question,

I want that I have pure abs, though I have some that you can see a bit, but I want it to make it more that girls can see...

What should I do ??

Increase weight on ab exercises at the gym, hit abs 2-3 times a week for 10-12 sets (HARD SETS!!!) and focus on a cutting diet to lose some more fat around your abdominal region.

Hey, I'm pretty new to this subforum, but I've done a little poking around and it looks like it works.

I'm back at school now and I'm trying to make a workout routine to stay in shape and avoid the pounds. My colleges food is ranked top 5, so it is very easy to get carried away ^^
Anways, I'm not looking to get ripped, but just to stay in good shape/ maybe even lose some pounds.

Here is what I'm aiming to do:
Abs - situps, crunches, obliques
Legs - leg press, leg lift, squats
Chest - bench press, ???
Back - ???
Arms - tricep, bicep, shoulder shoulder lifts with free weights
2x break days

Just looking for some imput, thanks a lot for your time and advice :)

hey i got a few questions about creatine
is this a good plan to follow
WEEK # ///DAILY DOSAGE (grams)
1 //////10
2 //////20
3////// 30
4 //////40
5////// 40
6 //////30
7 /////20
8////// 10

and should i take it all at once or split up the dosage threw out the day

or should i do a pre-load week?
or should i be taking a totaly diffrent way?

like something like this
week 1, 20grams
week 2-4 , 10 grams
week 5-8, no creatine
