When starting to take creatine is the loading phase absolutely necessary?

of course it's healthy. as long as your dumbbell exercises don't cause pain, hyperextension, or excess damage to the body - then it's great to experiment and try new exercises

5-10grams L-glutamine immediately after working out, as well as POST-workout stretching for about 10-15 minutes focusing on the areas that you worked. In addition, you can continue the stretching throughout the day and even into the next day. This helps tremendously

Not exactly...but for optimal results it is. Without the loading phase it takes a lot longer to see the effects - I recommend loading phases because I've seen blood work on both sides of the fence. Creatine levels on people who did a month cycle of creatine with a loading phase vs those with no loading phase experienced a much higher creatine concentration in the blood which was conducive to increased muscle gain. Now I'm not saying that the more creatine in your blood the better...but I am saying that a loading phase will increase your levels faster and thus create a good anabolic reaction faster.

So, I started working out after Christmas and I was wondering if you could give me a diet program.
I'm not into these protein shakes and whatever you guys are taking - I just want to live more healthy.

I'm working out in the gym 3 times a week and was wondering if you had any special diets for a week with 3 workouts
(I'm also running around 3,5 km 2 times a week)

I'm 6 feet 1 inch tall (according to a feet converter) or 1,86 cm. I weight 85 kilo or 187 lbs
