1 fish oil per day? that's actually a waste. Fish oil needs to be taken in huge doses to get any benefit. One fish oil capsule has approximately 1G of good fat. You need to take at least 3 with each food meal to see the benefit. That means all meals (not shakes) should be accompanied by 3x fish oil.
as far as jet fuel - great stuff, highly recommend.

All of the aminos on board are very basic. I recommend just buying Glutamine, BCAA's, and then Arginine+Ornithine as your Amino Support for the day. You can get this in NOW! Brand for the best quality and price.
Avoid Xtend - artificial crap + high price for what you get = no good.
