Do a lot of abductor exercises and posterior exercises in general.

The thing is that it mainly looks like they cave in alot, they ''never'' go inside the width of my feet, I had this problem earlier but changed technique and worked alot on it, have not had any issues since.

I think the angle+my anklemobility (my knees are way beyond the toes) ruins it a bit here though...

decided to run West Side method on my bench on top of smolov.

Gonna be a hell of a few months for my strength gains, looking forward to it. Accessory work will be bicep curls, overhead tricep extension, and pullups.

Hit 250x3 bench for my first day of it. kinda disappointing. Strength took a dip with the nasty virus I had a few weeks ago.
