I still recall you saying that roids are bad because it doesn't leave enough time for tendons to catch up with your new strength, and I told you "you're increasing strength much faster than somebody with a hypertrophy routine on the juice, watch out".
But yeah we usually don't want to see signals. I didn't stop either when the discomforts in my knees started because i was competing, and smashing peopke felt great, and here i am now lol.
Lesson 2: even when we leave the ego at the door... We'd better check twice we've left it at the door.
