what are the benefits of cooking with water instead of milk? im talking bout bout 1 glass of milk or water plus 100 gr oatmeal

preference. but milk adds protein/fat/calories/sugars - if you are bulking this is fine...but if you are cutting, then avoid.

Thats what i look like so far. The only gym im currently available to go to is the gym at the school during first hour (not sure if i even get good enough pre- workout nutrition) and we have to follow his split (but i dont)

Im looking for a good split that can help me gain the missing muscle all around. it feels like i should be a lot bigger than i am so far. i lack a chest, i lack arms, and i lack a good lat spread (along with lacking a good bodyfat%)

my activities now:
First hour lifting
5th hour swimming (not entirely swimming the whole hour even, its more like a life guard training class, but im still being active)
would be wrestling, however i keep getting my surgery area hurt, not to mention the fact that i have now come down with infantigo.

My question would be, what do you suggest would be best for a split to follow during first hour? What do you suggest for nutrition pre/post/general? and what are some exercises to really blast the spots im missing?

first off, judging by your body type you are in serious need of a good bulking cycle...even a dirty bulk would benefit you. You seem to be a hardgainer. I would recommend cytogainer 2x a day in addition to regular meals. Also as far as exercise goes...increase the strength training to 1.5 hrs a day, and eliminate any unnecessary cardio (swimming is fine, but dont run or anything of the sort).

dont worry about wrestling...stick to the strength training and follow my 5x5 plan for strength and size.

example of a good split? i could go to football training after school (i cant wrestle, hence why i said i WOULD be wrestling in my last post) and i could get some serious lifting in

i really didnt see myself as a hardgainer really, im not small in comparison or anything and i seem to gain fat/muscle generally easy. im not very tall (5'6-5'7) but whatever you say.

Why do you prefer cytogainer over other mass gainers?
