I was actually thinking of doing that. And incorporating some negatives.
I just feel that in a bench stance (in my case, atleast) that my chest activation was zero. Tricep lifts would shoot up, but I couldn't get the damn bar that first 2-3 inches off my chest to save my life.
Now looking back on it, I believe I was far too worried about keeping my elbows pinned to my side which caused me to bring the bar down too low on my chest.
