Didn't realize how easy this was until I watched the video.  Most I had ever done in training 10 weeks prior was 475.

Attempted a 275 bench (most i ever did was 255) and got it but received 2 reds because my ass came off the bench.

Pulled like 513 or something. I really wanted a 1300 total but it wasn't happening without a 275 bench and 525 dead.

All in all I'm really happy. Especially with being able to get 275 up. My bench has always been shit.

Lower to middle part. My tri's aren't the issue, at one point I was contemplating benching with CG because it's nearly the same as my normal grip.

I have a really small chest and lanky arms, it's wack.

When I stalled in the past, the best thing I ever did was ditch the pl stance and focus on triceps/shoulders. I was benching 325~ in a stance with no increase in weights. Ditched the stance. Dropped down to 275x2-3ish and reached my all-time bench max of 385x2 in a handful of month with no stance.

Then I got my forever front delt injury doing stupid heavy dips. :lol:

I was actually thinking of doing that. And incorporating some negatives.
