When I stalled in the past, the best thing I ever did was ditch the pl stance and focus on triceps/shoulders. I was benching 325~ in a stance with no increase in weights. Ditched the stance. Dropped down to 275x2-3ish and reached my all-time bench max of 385x2 in a handful of month with no stance.
Then I got my forever front delt injury doing stupid heavy dips.
