Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 whole banana, 1 cup whole milk

is there a temporary replacement i could use until i get some, and i have no idea what that is..
like do i buy some whey? or what exactly am i looking for, and maybe where could i buy it.
in place of tuna use 6 oz turkey/chicken/steak/fish + 2 whole eggs
for cytogainer take 2-3 scoops mixed with water and add some milk + fruit
