in water but during the cooking process it may dry up so I add a little milk afterwards

Also about the "cytosport cytogainer" or "muscle milk shake"

is there a temporary replacement i could use until i get some, and i have no idea what that is..

like do i buy some whey? or what exactly am i looking for, and maybe where could i buy it.

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 whole banana, 1 cup whole milk

Meal 2 - 2 cans of tuna made into tuna salad on whole grain bread w/ veggies

Meal 3 - Cytosport Cytogainer or Muscle Milk shake w/ fruit

Meal 4 - 8-10 oz chicken breast + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup broccoli

Meal 5 - Cytosport Cytogainer or Muscle Milk shake (no fruit)

Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + mixed nuts OR 1 cup whole milk + 2 whole eggs w/ celery and peanut butter

Tuna is apparently quite expensive is there something i can do alternately?
and How much of the gainer do i consume?

Also about the "cytosport cytogainer" or "muscle milk shake"

cook it with water, and add a splash of milk for flavor and to loosen it up.

as for a replacement...not really...just order them and use them as prescribed

in place of tuna use 6 oz turkey/chicken/steak/fish + 2 whole eggs

for cytogainer take 2-3 scoops mixed with water and add some milk + fruit

4. and mens sport vita pills

when would i take the creatine?
and also i was planning on getting muscle mik but the guy didnt let me he almost forced me to buy the amp wheybolic is it better then monster milk?
