Try this on for size...
Olympic bar curls superset with olympic bar reverse curls (both standing)
Laying skullcrushers superset with dumbbell kickbacks
bent over dumbbell curls superset with seated dumbbell concentration curls
cable tricep pulldowns superset with 1 arm cable kickbacks
seated hammer curls superset with seated overhead skullcrushers
do these all till failure as usual for size and mass...for pure strength go heavy with only a few reps...pyramiding up of course
