anyway - its not a good idea...bad for spinal alignment, joints, and ligaments/tendons...do not recommend.

sugar free soda, cottage cheese + artifical sugar + cinnamon + freezer = epic, fresh fruit, protein bars (no sugar variety), protein shakes (no sugar), peanut butter + artifical sugar + oven = no sugar protein cookies...mmmm, and also u can try protein pudding (no sugar)

yes eat this every day.

learn to love the cottage cheese, it helps. add cinnamon and artificial sugar if you need it

also u really need to get protein shakes...if u can't afford them, substitute with a lean meat and a green veggie.

I was wondering what a good arm day would look like for developing mass. Bi/Tri/Forearm day I should say.

Try this on for size...


Olympic bar curls superset with olympic bar reverse curls (both standing)

Laying skullcrushers superset with dumbbell kickbacks

bent over dumbbell curls superset with seated dumbbell concentration curls

cable tricep pulldowns superset with 1 arm cable kickbacks

seated hammer curls superset with seated overhead skullcrushers


do these all till failure as usual for size and mass...for pure strength go heavy with only a few reps...pyramiding up of course
