Been doing a bit of reading
am gonna do a write up on overtraining.. specifically more-so sympathetic vs parasympathetic overtraining. Been extremely busy so I've held off on a few, but this one won't need too much time

Plz put it on the blog..

Any insight on this? There's a huge anti-sugar trend. Is it really that bad? Does it affect the body so differently than more complex carbs?

"Effects of different volume-equated resistance training loading strategies on muscular adaptations in well-trained men."

Intriguing. It says hypertrophy was essentially similar between a strength training group (7 sets 3RM 3min rest) vs a hypertrophy group (3x10 - 90sec rest)

there's one singular nuance on fructose vs other saccharides in its lack of effect to stimulate leptin during refeeds. nothing to be outraged about or taken as a sign to avoid it, or anything like that.
