WODA) 20minutes, work up to max front squat. Only got to 265. Failed at 275 today which is my PR.

5 sets of 1 power snatch + 1 Snatch. Build up heavy. Only went to 135. Feel seriously weak with this lift.
C) Snatch pulls @ 110% of max lift. Used 185lbs

8 Weighted GHD extensions, 4 seconds down, 2 seconds up

12 Strict toe to bars, Slow going up, 3 seconds down.
