Still am relatively happy about it but it bugs me how close I was to the fourth. I don't like hitching though. Scares me.

Literally just did the exact same thing this week, feels bad man. (my deadlift is historically my weakest lift due to my wrist)

I do my pulls/squats barefoot either way so I don't care much lol

I do my pulls/squats barefoot either way so I don't care much lol


MY deadlift just has never increased like my other lifts, EG) squat 405x5, and bench 365+, where as my deadlift is somewhat stalled around 465 because my right hand completely gives out
