Lol what he is starting from a dead stop which makes it harder i do it like that to and as for the grunting i would probably be grunting like that to if i could put up 400 pounds 9 times at a low bodyweight

I'm not that light.

Wow.. you don't look like someone that could do 400 lbs x9 dl.

Thats insane, very gz lifts.

Super thx. Hopefully I'll do 450x9 like that in a few months.

My favorite Squat, last week:

Awesome squat, but how is your max raw bench so close to your shirted bench? Seems wierd. I did ONE bench session with a shirt and I literally added 70 lbs to my max.

Again, really awesome squat.

I don't wanna ruin your fun john, but I think you're going to stall at 495. At least the first time I reached that weight for 5 reps, I stalled there for quite a bit. Had to take M1T to break the plateau for some reason.

I hope I don't, but it's bound soon, I've literally not hit a platuee in DL pretty much ever.(knock on wood lol)
Squat only once when i was doing something difference.
If I'm getting 495 for 5 @ 181 stalling is the last thing I'll care about, haha. That'd be nearly a 600 max, raw. It's possible, just takes time.

Also, bump for Tear.
Might just PM him this, lul
