iso critique of this:

Breakfast (before work at home): 3-egg omelet with bell peppers and fat free cheese, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, glass of skim milk
Snack(at work): light yogurt and apple
Lunch(at work): lettuce salad with bell peppers, can of tuna, some fat free cheese and fat free dressing, sunflower seeds on top
Snack(at work): light yogurt and apple
Dinner(after work at home): tilapia with whole grain brown rice and broccoli
Water throughout the day.

--
Also, what about Grean Tea extract? Is it useful? My main focus for now is to lose fat.

Think I would need any supplements to accompany this (already taking them fish oils)?

Lastly, the best time for cardio would be when I wake up, before I eat breakfast, correct? What about after I get off work? If so, before or after dinner?

Thanks for your help.

Replace FAT FREE stuff with reduced fat - and also make sure to put REAL olive oil in your food including salads...none of this non-fat bullshit. you need fat to burn fat and produce testosterone.

also after dinner but before bed, take 1 cup of cottage cheese to keep metabolism going throughout the night.

also green tea extract is good...but I recommend a complete supplement that has it...like GAT Jet Fuel which has green tea extract + many more stimulants/herbs etc.

As far as fish oil...get NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 and take 2-3 with every food meal during the day.

best time for cardio is first thing in the AM on an empty stomach...do for 30 mins, then eat.

Also right AFTER a strength training workout hit the cardio for another 30 mins....for optimal fat loss

DBS meaning what? Are you talking about deep brain stimulation (the electronic brain function pacemaker?) or something else?

sample bulking diet for someone  approx 6'3 170 :

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 whole banana, 1 cup whole milk

Meal 2 - 2 cans of tuna made into tuna salad on whole grain bread w/ veggies

Meal 3 - Cytosport Cytogainer or Muscle Milk shake w/ fruit

Meal 4 - 8-10 oz chicken breast + 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup broccoli

Meal 5 - Cytosport Cytogainer or Muscle Milk shake (no fruit)

Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + mixed nuts OR 1 cup whole milk + 2 whole eggs w/ celery and peanut butter

hey you gave me this a while ago, i've been busy and what not. Just found it again, took a while....
i tried eating a cup of cottage cheese, couldn't finish it gah.
What can i replace with the cytosport cytogainer or muscle milk shake w/ without fruit. i don't really have those..
and if I'm working out 3 days a week, i still eat this everyday?
right now i'm 17, 6"3, 175 pounds.
