Your chest/core looks good and I am sure your back is pretty damn big with that 500 pull. I would worry about shoulders the most tho :O

wasn't me man. i wish. most i dl was 405 and that was before my knee injury. i haven't done squats or deads for over 18 months

not able to deadlift now? I can see weaknesses from lack of deadlifts. neck growth would explode with heavy deads and back ofc

potentially. i may go back to deads as it's largely a back movement (less stiff leg). but i'm really not trying to put on any more muscle. just want to cut and be as light as possible for this marathon in march.

i'll focus on my shoulders a bit and see what i can do w/ my after pic which i'll take in 3 months.
