Hey Raynor,
Got a question for you about glucosamine. My uncle has had double knee replacements and is getting his hip done this year, my grandfather also had his hip done not to long ago. So bad joints just run in the family and i was wondering what you thoughts were on glucosamine should i take or is there somethign else i can take to help with my joints. Currently taking multi vitamin and fishi oil.

it would be a great idea...except...for one thing...you need complete support not just glucosamine.

Try Universal Animal Flex - or Orange Triad (for multi + joint support)

or NOW! Glucosamine and Chondroitin + MSM.

Hello again. Just have a couple of questions that I hope you can help me out with.

1.What do you think about doing cardio before and after doing strength exercises? Say I got done with chest and I do 30 mins of cardio. Does that ruin the 30 minute window in which I should take my protein shake?

2.Ever since I started working out and changed around my diet, I've been having days with really bad gas. I mean I can't even tolerate the smell of these farts.
This has really been ruining my workouts. This is my diet
Meal 1: Oatmeal and 2 eggs.
Meal 2: Protein shake(w/milk 2%) and almonds
Meal 3: PB sandwich w/ wheat bread & banana
Meal 4: Detour Lean Muscle Protein bar w/ coffee
Meal 5: What ever is made at home. Usually eat a small amount.
Meal 6: Cottage cheese w/ chopped banana and almonds before bed time
Meal 3 and 4 are usually interchangeable and I usually go the gym after meal 3 or 4.
See anything that could be the cause?

not found in any edible foods....mostly animal cartilage and shellfish shells

always do cardio AFTER strength training for maximum fat burning effect- just dont forget the BCAA's

just deal with the gasious problem lol....its something you will get used to...I mean everyone is different and generally dairy causes the problem. Protein shakes are whey based and this can be the culprit...but I would just deal with it lol

So I should take BCAA's during my workout? Should I get XTEND or do you recommend a different brand?
