i take muscle milk and Reaction Nutrition Triple Threat
haven't started this workout yet..plan on doing it either next week or the week after
switch up abs on weds with friday...and add calves on weds. so monday abs, weds calves, friday abs again.
besides that, go for it and give the plan a shot...give it about 3 months and see the kind of progress you make.
As for supplements, I recommend NOW! Adam multivitamin, Optimum Micronized Creatine, and Omega 3-6-9 supplements with every meal
