looking to start taking creatine.
how many grams should i consume(when)
should i load
and how long should the cycles be?

switch up abs on weds with friday...and add calves on weds. so monday abs, weds calves, friday abs again.

besides that, go for it and give the plan a shot...give it about 3 months and see the kind of progress you make.

As for supplements, I recommend NOW! Adam multivitamin, Optimum Micronized Creatine, and Omega 3-6-9 supplements with every meal

5g 4x a day for a total of 20 g / day for 1 week (loading)

mix 1 tsp creatine with 8 oz grape or apple juice for max effect

after week 1, lower to 5g / day...2x doses of 2.5 g (morning and pre or post workout) mixed with grape or apple juice.

edit::

the cycles should be 1 week loading, 11 weeks on, 1 week off, repeat

cycles that long?
i was reading somewhere that it was like 2 weeks on 1 week off.
but that does seem a bit short.

1. Whats the difference between On's Whey Protein and On's Casein?

2. Which ones better? or should i take both?

3. Which flavor of the protein do is better?

4. or is there a better protein brand out there that u can recommend

whey is fast acting, casein is slow acting...take casein before bed - whey any other time.

flavor is strictly opinion....cytosport musclemilk is the best tasting in my opinion (any flavor) also its very good for bulking
