how weak are my legs? i just started doing compounds again and did 10x10 (trying german volume) 135 squat, 275x2 deadlift, and 70 lb dumbells x 15 x3

cant wait to get back into lifting heavy ! my legs have always been so weak though


weight : 160-165

also does anyone have any tips for bringing up squat? back when i was consistenly lifting i was dling 315x3 and only squatting like 185x10

Using a strength rep scheme would be a good start.

yah I was thinking that but I wanted to work my way up slowly. 10x10 is adding 5 pounds a week. so i figured it would increase strength and be hypertrophic

i would die trying to do 100 squats lol. im so weak getting 32 good ones is tough
