cant wait to get back into lifting heavy ! my legs have always been so weak though
weight : 160-165
also does anyone have any tips for bringing up squat? back when i was consistenly lifting i was dling 315x3 and only squatting like 185x10
i would die trying to do 100 squats lol. im so weak getting 32 good ones is tough
