Sup Raynor.

Im looking to start cutting this excess flab I have accured over the years. Im lookin to start dieting and exercising more. I'm 5'9 and 235lbs They have put some gym equipment in my appartment complex and thats got me somewhat motivated.. So far all they have is cardio stuff, no weights or anything.

But anyway, What I was wondering is if there was a diet you can think of that is easy on the budget.. Ima college student and the only cash I got coming in is the money for groceries my parents been throwing my way every month. Any help you could provide me would be great.

If you need to know anything else, let me know.

optimum post-workout carb for spiking insulin...better than pure sugar.

i think because he was a sex addict? If it has to do with his personal life that is..

hey let me know what you think about this workout..feel free to add or take away whatever..i really want to get my arms bigger but seem to be having trouble doing so . so any advice there would be nice

monday: chest, triceps, abs
incline dumbell press
peck deck flys
cable crossover
flat dumbell flys
push ups
narrow grip bench
nose busters
dips
crunches
rope crunches

wednesday: Back, biceps,abs
lat pulldown
barbell shrugs
barbell high pull
seated cable row
straight bar curls
seated dumbell curl
standing cable curl with preacher bar
leg raises
crunches

friday:Legs, shoulders
leg extension
squats
dumbell lunges
hamstring curls
stiff leg deadlifts
calf raises
standing dumbell side lateral raise
seated dumbell press
seated rear delt fly

i take muscle milk and Reaction Nutrition Triple Threat

haven't started this workout yet..plan on doing it either next week or the week after

i meant that he's an idiot - and it has nothing to do with performance and/or gains at the gym
