I feel as if you're breaking the lift into two separate movements. I also feel like you're going awfully low (you look like you're almost parallel on some of those), but maybe that's because I DL with extremely high hips. Can't really say much else because you DL in a cave.
EDIT: @everyone slamming Jam,
You guys realize that doing 1 rep with poor form isn't going to completely obliterate you, right? It was one rep that he did, not multiple sets, multiple reps. Also, if you're going to DL with a rounded lower-back, try to lock the rounded position before you begin the lift.
Double edit: Shit man, you round SOLELY at the lower back. Try rounding at the thoracic if you're going to do it, dang meng.
