6' 5" 182lbs 18yrs
bench 225x2
squat 255x6
deadlift 315x6

Just started doing squats and deads, so they are still rising. My bench has been pretty static for the past few months since I dont work it often anymore. I'm trying to bulk this summer with a mark ripptoe workout which basically consists of squats deads bench military press rows chinups and dips. Unfortunately my gym has no squat rack only an assisted squatting cage thing where the bar can only go straight up down forward and backward. I feel like without real squats my core will start to lack, but hopefully the deads make up for it.
