I can close a #2 from a no set position.

I've honestly never trained grippers formally though. I just pick them up every now and then and mess around. Wasn't planning on touching them today but I'm happy I did!

Until the new year I'm going to focus on grip machine/thumb work/wrist curls/thick bar and sledge hammer work. Then when January comes around I'll start focusing purely on grippers and thumb work.

I hear you, I've got the full sets of Heavy Grippers, Captains of Crush, GHP. Wasn't cheap.
Not mention all the other grip equipment...

Yeah... Ironmind has great products but they're definitely a rip off
