Did you notice how when can see plates of both side on the side view? It means something is wrong with your bar position or the shelf you are creating with your upper back.

I think it's just the camera angle, I've never had anyone comment on a wonky bar positioning, and the vids from the front look pretty even aswell.

Nah because otherwise we could say the same about your knees. Definitely some rotation up there.

Cracked rib on Monday, it doesn't appear on an x-ray yet, and doctor said it was fine to do "minor physical activities"

soo max effort day

1x5 squats 260 (these really hurt)
1x5 177.5 bench felt really easy!
5x1 deadlifts 335lbs improved my form dramatically, flexing the lats as hard as i can and pulling myself in closer to the bar.

The left foot is visible behind the right, part of it is due to a perspective issue (his cog isn't centered in the camera view) but also you can see the right plate drift a tiny bit forward relative to the left at the start of concentric phase

Lmfao cracks a rib and then tries maxing deadlift 5 times to see if he can make that rib puncture a lung, such a dumb ass. I hope you at least have someone with you so they can call an ambulance when you start coughing up blood and turning blue
