And u would be doing light weight high rep... I eat 3300 calories a day, 250 grams of protein. Train heavy as fuck multiple times a week and I'm not even considered very muscular yet.
Tldr it takes a LOT of work and diet to get muscular. Doing 55 lb squats a few times a week will not add any noticeable muscle.
