Over boxes/ ( Like a box jump but you jump and go to the otherside of the box, do not need to go full extension for these)

Pushpress @ 95lbs
200m Row.

19:14. Fairly simple workout, nothing to insane but was good.

Did death by box jumps a few weeks ago with a few guys. One of them is a senior in high school on the swim team, so his motor is INSANE. Motherfucker went to 30min and was still finishing @ 45sec when he decided he had had enough.

Doing it on friday sometime. I'm off to work tonight and gone all tomorrow.

I get hella stressed and anxiety waiting for shit, i better get sleep haha

Let's just say I'm gonna do it again cuz my legs were shot by the second round...that's the last time I get my quad stripped/treated on the same day as training lol.

I have no idea how this workout is gonna go today. 135lb thrusters are pretty heavy for me.

WOD


A)15 minutes, build up to heavy snatch. Worked up at 155. Getting a little better with speed and getting under the bar.
B)10 minutes, build up to heavy clean and jerk. Worked up to 185. Again, getting better with my split jerks and speed.
C)10 minutes, work up to 3rep max on bench press. Got 205 after doing some heavy bench press for giggles this morning lol
D)100 Kettle bell snatches @ 53lbs for time. 50 each arm. 7:21.
