I find it funny because you are bringing my lifts into this conversation, is that really the best you can do? It's a nice amount of weight, which is why I did say good job. Criticism is healthy though, grow up and stop acting like such a child.

3. 5-10 seconds is not long
4. I want you to GENTLY lower 400 pounds to the floor for me, I'll pay you all my fg. Make sure it's 9 times too.

Lol what he is starting from a dead stop which makes it harder i do it like that to and as for the grunting i would probably be grunting like that to if i could put up 400 pounds 9 times at a low bodyweight
