I maxed squat and deadlift on the same day twice per week. Zzzz

/e: surprisingly it's the only time in my life my squat went up lmfao

I was always convinced that squats were just about effort and pushing yourself until you reached a certain point.

Actually I've unconsciously been on smolov for quite some time. But it did nothing for my squats.

It seems that whenever I go over like 2 reps my strength stays the same in squats

And my reps never go up, only my 1RM
