Hey there - that is very unfortuante but a problem that some people just have. My wrists are also pretty small in related to some other parts of my skeletal structure and muscularity. The only solution for this is to wear a good pair of gloves with wrist wraps and lift PROPERLY. To strengthen the wrists, you need to pay additional attention to forearm exercises like wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, etc.
I would just advice you to STOP if your wrists start hurting badly during workout - if they don't hurt, keep it up - you'd be surprised what even the smallest of wrists are capable of handling.
My wrist Dont hurt , Im just being carefully because they are small , and my training assistant also said that
