What do you prefer for bulking?

6meals + post work out shake

or

7meals + post work out shake

Right now I have been doing 7meals, but when I go to school my later meals get pushed : I eat at 7am , 10am , 12pm, 2pm, 6:30-7pm , 8:30 pm , 10:30pm

Sometimes I only get 1 hour and half btw meal.

Hi Skc :) ,

i was wondering how i can make my wrist a little bigger ( training advice )

because when you told me the 5x5 plan , my arms/chest/etc all the body are not proportionnal to my wrist, i though first he gonna get bigger as long as i train , but my wrists are the same as 5 years old kid ( litle )

and when i bench press or i do heavy exercises , i alwayse think about , if my wrist gonna broke or something will happend

Best regards

for BULKING....frequency of meals isn't as important as cutting, but you still need to keep it at no more than 3 hours between meals.

Optimally, the more the better...so every 2 hours would be brilliant.

Remember, you can have a shake in place of a meal as well as post-workout...for up to a total of 3 shakes a day (2 meal shakes and 1 post workout)

Hey there - that is very unfortuante but a problem that some people just have. My wrists are also pretty small in related to some other parts of my skeletal structure and muscularity. The only solution for this is to wear a good pair of gloves with wrist wraps and lift PROPERLY. To strengthen the wrists, you need to pay additional attention to forearm exercises like wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, etc.

I would just advice you to STOP if your wrists start hurting badly during workout - if they don't hurt, keep it up - you'd be surprised what even the smallest of wrists are capable of handling.
