Hey there. As a vegetarian are you able to eat eggs/fish? I assume yes...but let me know.

Secondly - you are 6'1 162 lbs and CUTTING? This seems hardly right...why are you cutting? Your bodyweight is below what it should be for your height even for an average person who doesn't work out...

anyway get back to me and ill make changes as necessary

I can eat eggs but I usually prefer not to. If it will make a big impact in my diet, then I'll add them accordingly. I don't eat fish, though.

I'm cutting just to get my body fat down. Once I get my body fat down to about 8-10%, I wanna do a clean bulk.

Thanks.

DO NOT WORK OUT IN THIS TIME THEN (in any exercise where you use your wrist)

by doing so you might be revering any good the pills are doing for you.

see if the pills help, then begin working out again.

no sugar needed intra...only post-workout.

try this on for size

1g sugar / 10 lbs bodyweight pre-workout w/ 5g creatine and 10g bcaa's

then 2-4g bcaa's every 45 mins during training

then 10g bcaa's post workout w/ 1g sugar / 10 lbs bodyweight

I'm very surprised that at your height you are not already at the 8-10% range...if not lower.

Do you have a very narrow frame? If so, that might explain it, but still 6'1 165 lbs should be approx 8% bf.

as for your diet, it looks good the way it is, but I would definitely get at least 2-3 eggs a day for their amino makeup and fat content which would help aid your advances.

The body benefits from solid foods much more than liquid foods in the fat burning process - the more the body has to break down the foods, the more fat you burn in the process.

Eggs are an excellent selection for you.

1-1.5 per month is conservative if you simply dont follow a good diet or exercise and just add them into your regular lifestyle.

1-1.5 per week is if you are doing everything correct and to the fullest extent.

During what meals should I incorporate eggs into my diet? Any certain type of eggs that are better than others?
