Close enough for the bench. What about the squat?

I got 320 for a single :(

I've always had a hard time with bringing my squat numbers up, and smolov is the only thing that has really worked for me in the past. hoping a full cycle of it will do me good.

5 plate deadlift PR

Working on my initial depth. Was amped up so definitely had other things on my mind at the time, and my flexibility sucks anyways. 1+ month into a cut also btw

Don't strain so much to look up at the ceiling.

Keep your eyes around level and you should be fine. As long as you're not staring at the ground you'll be good.
