Is it true that fats that can't be processed cause pimples?

no lol.

bacteria in/on the skin as well as hormone imbalance and lack of water as well as inadequate personal hygiene habits are the major cause of acne.

is this statement true, I saw the post on wheycheap

the reason I'm asking is I am currently taking old protein mix with mct+other oils, roughly 3yrs old
could it be toxic, and could I be damaging my body by consuming it?
ty

interesting question.

any milk based protein powder (whey) does have a shelf life in which age will oxidize the product and after a while render it less useful (nutritionally) than before.

As far as toxicity goes, this is not likely. An older whey protein powder shouldn't cause any type of toxicity in the body unless exposed to chemicals or other foreign substances.

However, the age of the product can definitely make the product less effective. I would take a new product ;-)

Any changes you would make to my diet? I'm a vegetarian so bear with me. I'm 6'1" 162, currently cutting.
My diet:
Meal 1: Oatmeal(protein enriched) and an Apple ~18g protein, 300 calories
Meal 2: Protein shake(w/milk 2%) and almonds ~ 55g protein, 400 calories
Meal 3: PB sandwich w/ wheat bread & banana ~ 18g protein, 300 calories
Meal 4: Detour Lean Muscle Protein bar w/ coffee ~ 32g protein, 300 calories
Meal 5: What ever is made at home. Usually eat a small amount. ~ 8g protein, 300 calories
Meal 6: Cottage cheese w/ chopped banana and almonds before bed time ~ 35g protein, 400 calories

I also drink a protein shake post workout w/ water but I wasn't sure if I should count that as a meal. That's an additional 45g protein(I take the full 3 scoops as recommended on the box-Amplify XL protein).

That gets me at about 211 grams of protein per day and about 2,000 calories per day. I also play basketball about 4 times a week and workout 5-6 times a week and do about 30-40 mins of cardio before I lift weights on workout days.

depends on what you are trying to do but heres the basic guide:

Cutting cycle - no more than 12 seconds rest between sets, and 30 seconds rest between exercises.

Clean bulk - no more than 30 seconds rest between sets, and 1 minute rest between exercises

Dirty bulk - no more than 1 minute rest between sets, and 2 minutes rest between exercises

alright thanks

GAT Jet Fuel is a great supplement for focus. People who have a hard time focusing usually respond very well to stimulants (this is called the paradoxical effect)

Hey there. As a vegetarian are you able to eat eggs/fish? I assume yes...but let me know.

Secondly - you are 6'1 162 lbs and CUTTING? This seems hardly right...why are you cutting? Your bodyweight is below what it should be for your height even for an average person who doesn't work out...

anyway get back to me and ill make changes as necessary
