oh yea, needs the most work out of any of my lifts. I'll be working on it for a while. Next bulk i'm running smolov on squat
Bench just needs a touch more work. I told myself 2 years ago when I started lifting that if I can get 225x12 then I would be more than happy with my strength. I can hit 225x9-10 now
