I am wondering what is the recommended time to rest between sets.

Thanks in advance.

What's the best creatine you recommend if I want to pack on a bit of size but keep my cuts.  Do I just take a different dosage of creatine or is there a certain type specifically for cutting?
I'm 6'1", 162 and looking to get around 175-180 lean and cut.

optimum nutrition micronized creatine. Follow dosage on the product - will work fine for your purposes

I want to know what a healthy time frame is to switch between low intake diets, and high intake diets for zigzag fat loss ;)

I think my previous post wasn't straight on, (the reason I ask is I have no idea)

you can switch every 3 days from low intake to high intake...so basically 3 days, 1 day, 3 days, 1 day, etc.

I still don't stand by zig zag diets as much as pure cutting routines....as I've seen much better results with cutting cycles.

Ever since i started doing cardio, and trying to eat healthy, i've put off weight but

Everytime i eat now i get sick to my stomache do you know what the problem might be?

Whats a good time est for warming up? Like 10 reps of 50 or somthing? (Bench)

/e With curls, does it really matter if i have a curl bar? Or is it just fine to use a straight bar?

I have no idea why you'd be getting sick, make sure the food you are eating is good and you aren't taking in too much sodium. Also make sure you aren't doing zero-carb either...you need about 75-100g carbs a day during cutting.

as far warm up times...5 minutes is plenty.

straight bar is fine for curls

no, keep the diet to a cutting diet when using ephedrine to maximize results

depends on what you are trying to do but heres the basic guide:

Cutting cycle - no more than 12 seconds rest between sets, and 30 seconds rest between exercises.

Clean bulk - no more than 30 seconds rest between sets, and 1 minute rest between exercises

Dirty bulk - no more than 1 minute rest between sets, and 2 minutes rest between exercises

Is it true that fats that can't be processed cause pimples?

As far as the expiration date - I believe that most pure protein powders have a 3 year shelf life. I wouldn't worry about a couple months with prepared products.
What I would stop at are those formulations that have sources of fat and oil built into them. Things like MCT's, and other oils can go rancid lead to fat peroxidation products which are toxic.
There may be other components that decay or combine in unintended ways. For example, what does enzymes like aminogen do after several months in combination over time? In general - the simpler the formula the better.

the reason I'm asking is I am currently taking old protein mix with mct+other oils, roughly 3yrs old
could it be toxic, and could I be damaging my body by consuming it?
