Wait so do I do the 10x3 on one day and the 8x4 on another? Or do I do the entire thing 4 times a week? o.O
The 2 times I ran it I used this template or pretty close to this ( I wasn't squatting due to my knee injury)
Monday - Smolov 6*6 + Squat
Tuesday - Smolov 7*5 + weighted chins + biceps work
Wednesday - repos
Thursday - Smolov 8*4 + Deadlift
Friday - Smolov 10*3 + kroc rows + biceps work
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
