On a zigzag diet assuming target is body fat loss 1st and lean//mass is second or completely optional, and not targeted.
What should the time frame be on low to high diets, 2weeks low then 2weeks high? or 1 month low, 1 month high? what is the switch rate for success
One more question, when taking lean protein powder during the low diet phase of the zigzag, and taking mass gain protein powder during the high diet phase, will this help to achieve beneficial results?
I eat 6-7 small meals in a day and drink around 2 gallons of water.
this is aside from the supplements, if you had to pick a time or a meal to replace with a supplement for this conditioning with zigzag diet, what meal would you pick, what time of the day? if you could pick taking away your first choice, and second choice please, thank you so much.
Diet 1 - Lower Intake
Meal 1 - v8, fruits or vpx bar or oatmeal
Meal 2 - protein powder with salad + with balsamic vinegar or steamed veggies
Meal 3 - can of tuna + green louisiana jalapeno hot sauce or popeye spinach or beans
Meal 4 - chicken or beef bouillon + frozen mixed vegetables
Meal 5 - can of pink salmon or grilled chicken + green beans, nuts
Meal 6 - cottage cheese + pitted prunes
Diet 2 - Higher Intake
Meal 1 - Eggs or any lean meat (chicken, turkey, tuna) + oatmeal or brown rice + 1 fruit
Meal 2 - can of tuna + hot sauce + spinach or salad (raw greens) + 1 fruit
meal 3 - lean beef + mixed veggies
meal 4 - can of salmon + green beans
meal 5 - 1 lean meat (chicken, turkey, tuna) + 1 green veggie + 1 handful of nuts
meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + handful mixed nuts
