you should cycle on and off of virtually every supplement so you keep your body guessing and don't get used to or dependent on anything...

stay away from caffeine for the next week or so before starting backup...usually I like to do...

On a zigzag diet assuming target is body fat loss 1st and lean//mass is second or completely optional, and not targeted.
What should the time frame be on low to high diets, 2weeks low then 2weeks high? or 1 month low, 1 month high? what is the switch rate for success :)
One more question, when taking lean protein powder during the low diet phase of the zigzag, and taking mass gain protein powder during the high diet phase, will this help to achieve beneficial results?

I eat 6-7 small meals in a day and drink around 2 gallons of water.

this is aside from the supplements, if you had to pick a time or a meal to replace with a supplement for this conditioning with zigzag diet, what meal would you pick, what time of the day? if you could pick taking away your first choice, and second choice please, thank you so much.

Diet 1 - Lower Intake
Meal 1 - v8, fruits or vpx bar or oatmeal
Meal 2 - protein powder with salad + with balsamic vinegar or steamed veggies
Meal 3 - can of tuna + green louisiana jalapeno hot sauce or popeye spinach or beans
Meal 4 - chicken or beef bouillon + frozen mixed vegetables
Meal 5 - can of pink salmon or grilled chicken + green beans, nuts
Meal 6 - cottage cheese + pitted prunes

Diet 2 - Higher Intake
Meal 1 - Eggs or any lean meat (chicken, turkey, tuna) + oatmeal or brown rice + 1 fruit
Meal 2 - can of tuna + hot sauce + spinach or salad (raw greens) + 1 fruit
meal 3 - lean beef + mixed veggies
meal 4 - can of salmon + green beans
meal 5 - 1 lean meat (chicken, turkey, tuna) + 1 green veggie + 1 handful of nuts
meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + handful mixed nuts

hey raynor or anyone - what is the best brand for whey protein isolate?

is it the NOW foods or the OP nutrition gold?

both are excellent...I stick to NOW! products myself...because they are proven for the last 50 years. However, ON is a great company too...I would stick to buying the 10lb bags of NOW! 100% isolate

Is there a difference between Ephedra and Ephedrine? Just read the Bronkaid package and realized it was Ephedrine Sulfate that was in it...lol

ephedra is the full ma huang plant....ephedrine is the concentrated alkaloids (roughly 90%) which is used for fat loss. Both are good, but ephedrine is what you want in a supplement.

I want to know what a healthy time frame is to switch between low intake diets, and high intake diets for zigzag fat loss ;)

I think my previous post wasn't straight on, (the reason I ask is I have no idea)

What's the best creatine you recommend if I want to pack on a bit of size but keep my cuts. Do I just take a different dosage of creatine or is there a certain type specifically for cutting?
I'm 6'1", 162 and looking to get around 175-180 lean and cut.

Ever since i started doing cardio, and trying to eat healthy, i've put off weight but

Everytime i eat now i get sick to my stomache do you know what the problem might be?

Whats a good time est for warming up? Like 10 reps of 50 or somthing? (Bench)

/e With curls, does it really matter if i have a curl bar? Or is it just fine to use a straight bar?
