Not even close...95% of my workouts are in the 8-15rep range n high frequency. I do oly lifting on the fly n this past week I was checking some heavy weight out before I deload.
Tbh im on more of a hyper routine now than ever and its doing wonders for my strength and physique lol.
Oh, cool. I was just wondering if you were getting away from the idea of competing for a pro card still. Honestly, there was no hate intended. Just curious as you are always just posting 1-3 rep heavy oly type lifts. Then again, I suppose those are the only ones anyone would find flattering.
