Not even close...95% of my workouts are in the 8-15rep range n high frequency. I do oly lifting on the fly n this past week I was checking some heavy weight out before I deload.

Tbh im on more of a hyper routine now than ever and its doing wonders for my strength and physique lol.

Tbh, I always performed much better at 1-3 rep squats than I ever did with 5~ reps. I don't recall ever squatting 405 for more than 5, so I don't feel bad about it. I bet I could still hit 465-475 if I tried... and took a couple weeks for my nervous system to adjust to the change in weight :lol:

Oh, cool. I was just wondering if you were getting away from the idea of competing for a pro card still. Honestly, there was no hate intended. Just curious as you are always just posting 1-3 rep heavy oly type lifts. Then again, I suppose those are the only ones anyone would find flattering.

I did do 335x12 on back squats Tuesday, almost grabbed vid for that

Deff still plan in that pro card in 2015 but the thought of getting on gear is getting less n less interesting as the bigger I get naturally.

335x12 is pretty solid m9. Gz. I would think that would be higher than 405 tbh, but who knows.

after review seems I was quite high but still pretty happy as this is the most weight I have had on my shoulders.
