I went and did heavy squats yesterday for the first time in months since starting this hypertrophy routine. Was pretty happy with my strength. 405x2 with no belt. Could've gone more but felt hella heavy because of all the high rep squats I've been doing.
Honestly, I think i could've gotten 405x4 which seems low compared to my old lifts, but I honestly thought it would be lower. Haha. Those hypertrophy squats with leg extensions before hand made me feel like a lil bitch.
