I did legs too sporadic too
I did pr at 500x6 parallel on them though so not too shabby. That was 6-8 weeks ago and I haven't had a single leg day since.. it's shameful.

Didnt you hit 500x3-4 and hurt your knee before? All recovered then? Iso 600 lb squat vid

Hurt my quad but that's correct. Haha soon maybe if I can make myself do them.

I went and did heavy squats yesterday for the first time in months since starting this hypertrophy routine. Was pretty happy with my strength. 405x2 with no belt. Could've gone more but felt hella heavy because of all the high rep squats I've been doing.

Honestly, I think i could've gotten 405x4 which seems low compared to my old lifts, but I honestly thought it would be lower. Haha. Those hypertrophy squats with leg extensions before hand made me feel like a lil bitch.
