First time ever, 20lb pr from last 1rm attempt and 15lb pr from all time max.

I was doin triples before this hence the second rep attempt
But I ran outa gas/got scared. ..HELP HELP!

Leading sets were something like

135x3
185x3
225x3
275x3
315x3
355x4
380x3

Completely and utterly forgetting about strength was the best decision I ever made this past spring.. hit 250lbs not long ago with like 19.5" arms lol

You were following a completely split routine right?

But I remember that you did low reps on legs?

Yeah.. insanely high volume
I did low reps on squats but that's because I'm a pussy. That's the only thing though
