They test for Ephedra???? that is the strangest thing I've ever heard. If you can't have it in your system, then go off it...but ephedra when taken in recommended dosages is NOT unsafe. Only taking 5-10x as much of the recommended dose or people with severe heart problems or massive obesity taking too much ephedra are at risk of anything.

If you need to purge it from your system, I'm pretty sure ephedra disappears within a few days of taking it - as it is a stimulant and diuretic. But to play it safe, make sure to drink lots of distilled water prior to the contest to purge your body of impurities.

Personally I like ephedra, it got a bad rap because of some stupid people taking too much and not heeding the warnings.

when people ask me about zigzag diets - this is the article to read. If you need anything clarified, ask me.

edit: granted that zig zag diet is more of a zig zag for fat loss, maintenance, and slight lean muscular gain - the principle is the same for pure clean and lean mass gains...with just the addition of more macros per day to sustain metabolism as well as provide anabolism (so a total of approx 500 cal more per day than required on the big days and only 200 cal more per day on the small days)

Alright sounds good, I think I'll just stick to not taking it. I'll get some Jack3d. :rofl:

could you check out this diet and let me know what you think. I'm currently 195, 6'4 about 15% BF Looking to bulk.

Break fast 6:30
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
1cup oats

Meal 2 10:00
Weight gainer shake
1/2 cup of almonds

Meal 3 12:00
2x Chicken breast
1 cup cooked brown rice
+ (some vegetable)

Meal 4 pre workout 3:00
2x whole wheat turkey/chicken/egg salad/ham sandwich
+5g creatine

Post workout
30g Whey Protein
In milk 2%

Meal 6 7:00
Lean meat (pork tenderloin/chicken/steak/ground beef)
Baked potato
Corn

If you are already 15% bodyfat...I would not recommend a solid bulk...try a clean bulk or cutting cycle...15 % is too high for a pure bulking cycle unless you are a pure powerlifter/strongman and don't care about BF%...get back to me and ill modify your diet accordingly.

okay then, how about a clean bbulk what would you recomend i change about the diet that i have?
