Googled it, and read the maryland pl link that popped up, still not sure what you mean by that :o
E/ red through it more thouroughly, it says use singles for the same amount of volume

So Friday I would pull 385 5x1 instead of 1x5 and then Monday I could pull ~350 10x1 instead of 300 2x10?

Really didn't wanna continue onto the next phase of pnp just to (most likely) be dissapointed again, I barely set any e1rms before I "stalled" (according to the programming) and when the gym becomes more frustrating than something I look forward to, it's time to take a step back and adjust something, in this case my programming. Starting a beginner/intermediate program the texas method, just did my first intensity day, felt good AF

phone died, so no bench/dead vid, sorry :(

squat 255 1 x 5 (25lb pr)
bench 175 1 x 5
deadlift 330 5 x 1 60 second rest (10lb pr)

there's also the bar in vancouver, spartacus gym in east van, blm in abbotsford. tons of really good gyms around.
