can do 400 squats a day all your gunna do is feel sore the next day and not see any progression cuz your not working all the muscles in the butt. theres plenty of workouts give give more or just as much to the butt then jsut a squat.
squats work every muscle ranging from the calve to the quads to the glutes to the hams, bullshit, look at any instagram fitness bitch, glutes and hams are 4x over proportioned to the rest of their body due to overly squatting (good thing imo)
