A)Power snatch, started at 95, and moved up to 135 and then dropped it to 125 for the last 2 rounds.
B)Closegrip bench used 155, 165, 175, 165, 155.
15 t2b's every round.
C)Just regular ring dibs, but a 2 second decent, then 2 second pause at the top. 8 each round.
20 ghd's all 3 rounds.
D) We used a rower not airdyne. This legit almost made me puke. Completely jello legged after haha.
30 calories the first minute, then 18 and then 16. Huuuuuuge difference.

A)5 rounds. Used 185 for the first 2 and had to drop it to 165, ended up being a little heavy for that many reps for me.
B)6 rounds + 1 clean. Used 145.
C) Used 1.5pood instead, got 3 rounds + row and 1 kb swing.
Not the most fun workout ever.
