does anyone have a comparison of what they could do touch n go and then going to reset deads? :P
just curious

I may start doing them.. I can see nothing but benefits besides being able to pat my ego by saying I deadlift more for reps of course

technically if think you are always supposed to take a few seconds in between reps of dead lifting. when you take sometime in between reps it is much harder... mechanically it is harder when you have to restart. when i used to touch and go it was way easier and my form was much worse. i get insanely high after dead lifting also the blood and the rush compared to when i used to do that touch and go stuff.

also side note dead lifting without being able to use chalk sucks ass. i usually put chalk on my hands before i do any exercise.

this... resetting has helped me increase my 1rm much quicker than touch-n-go

I did 410x3 touch-n-go yesterday, last week 405x3 reset reps.
current pr is 435 done last week.

Nah, explained earlier in here that there's no rack to do them in at that gym unless I use a makeshift one.

thats gay your strength is same area as mine the bar flys up then lockout is an issue, maybe heavy strapped sldl's have you tried those?

I haven't. The gym I'll be going to in a few weeks has a rack I can do pulls in though.
