Competition Update:I am looking at a show called OCB Southeast States Natural. OCB is suppose to be one of the top tested shows, using urinalysis & polygraph.
my only problem is that the show is May 12th. That is a little quicker than I rather diet, but the reason I want to do this show is because its actually an IFPA pro qualifier (meaning overall winner wins their pro card)
and I want to see how I stack up against the open class division. (also some of you may know Doug Miller, he is at the top of the IFPA pro stage)
I'm thinking I'll just take my time dieting and do the show as a "pre show" and try to hit another OCB pro Q sometimes in September (which wld give me motivation to stay on the lean over the months) only thing about that is I'll no longer be a teen

(even tho I plan on competing in the open division)
Ne who if im 9wks out this sat, 2lbs a week =18lbs (Rather not diet that quick so lets take it down to 15lbs)
180 - 15 = 165lbs (I competed last time at 160lbs) so hopefully I have put on a couple lbs of muscle + some more experience/knowledge of dieting, and I can look decent at this "pre show"
