yeah, I've been a victim of it myself back when i power lifted, but i rather bench less but look like a human being while doing it.

Yeah true but I compete, so I have to train this way in order to get as much weight as humanly possible.

yeah, then knee injury and stopped training, got super huge instead of just being big/strong.

I think you were grunting a bit too loud, yelling out the number is also unnecessary. The rest periods between reps at the end were getting kind of ridiculously long. I also gently lower the weight to the floor so it doesn't make a lot of noise when I do it. Nevertheless, good job.
