there is already a clean bulking plan posted in the last 10 pages...please read the last 10 pages and then get back to me if you have any more questions. the plan post is perfect for your needs.
As for the chest...you need to stick to the following:
bench press, incline press, decline press, wide grip dips, dumbbell pullovers, dumbbell presses (incline/decline/flat), dumbbell flies (incline/flat), pec deck, alternating grip pushups, cable flies, chest press (with a board), and low dumbbell pec raises.
