Filmed my set with 335 lb for technique purpose

Result:
-Must take the slack out of the bar at the start
-Must not over extend as much

That looked easy :)

What do you put the block between before for though?

I was toying with my #2 as I watched the video. I tried to close it and failed miserably ahahha

Thanks m9 :)
Was much easier than I expected. Tried a Ghp level 5 gripper just before this and failed by a couple of millimetres.

The block is so you can prove that you can actually close a gripper from a wider start rather than doing what is called MMS (Mash Monster Set - Basically where you use your other hand to set the gripper to a parallel close or deep set and then close it). It makes it a lot harder.
The next one up from a set block would be a CCS (Credit Card Set - basically like a set block but you must be able to fit a credit card between the handles)
And then finally a TNS (Table No Set - pick up the gripper and close it without setting it) that's the shit right there

I thought the last one was the way you had to do it lol. I always closed mine from a completely open palm position

Just hit 225x10 on flat bench.

Felt beast mode

Just got off a refeed (really an entire weekend of refeed lol, but still on track for weekly caloric goal), on a cut.

My previous pr??? 225x6

I don't feel human haha. But seriously, feels great
